百年历程:中国共产党履行国际责任的理论基础与历史流变

为人类进步事业贡献自己的力量是始终贯穿于中国共产党百年成长历程的使命追求。中国共产党在履行国际责任的百年时光里,以无产阶级国际主义为理论根基,并依据国家身份以及中国与世界关系的变化,使其与中华优秀传统文化充分融合,结合世情、国情逐渐形成具有中国特色的国际主义新主张。通过艰辛探索,中国共产党履行国际责任的范式完成了从“民族独立、人民解放”到“不遗余力、倾囊相助”“韬光养晦、有所作为”再到“命运与共、团结合作”的转换,清晰展现出政党在革命、建设、改革和新时代等不同时期履行国际责任的历史流变历程。对此进行百年回望,能够为党在新形势下通过履行国际责任为人类进步事业作出新的更大的贡献提供重要经验借鉴。

A centennial course: theoretical basis and historical evolution of fulfillment of international responsibility of CPC

To contribute to the cause of human progress has always been the mission of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in its 100-year growth. In the century-long history of fulfilling its international responsibilities, the CPC has taken proletarian internationalism as its theoretical foundation, fully integrated it with the excellent traditional Chinese culture according to the national identity and the changes in the relations between China and the world. It has gradually formed a new internationalism and new proposition with Chinese characteristics in combination with the world conditions and national conditions. Through its hard exploration, the paradigm of the CPC to fulfill its international responsibilities has completed the transformation from “national independence, people’s liberation”, to “sparing no effort, helping other with all”, to “keeping a low profile, making a contribution”, and then to “common destiny, unity and cooperation”, which has clearly shown the historical evolution course of the fulfillment of the international responsibility of the CPC in different periods including revolution, construction, reform and new era. Looking back on those for a century can provide important experience for CPC to make newer and greater contributions to the cause of human progress by fulfilling its international responsibilities under the new situation.
