摘    要:基于高层管理团队(TMT)高层梯队理论,提出科技型企业TMT行为整合对战略决策绩效影响作用的研究假设,并引入团队冲突这一变量进行分析,探讨任务冲突和情绪冲突两个维度在行为整合和战略决策绩效之间的作用机制。通过对256份科技型企业TMT问卷样本进行实证分析,指出科技型企业TMT行为整合显著正向作用于战略决策绩效;任务冲突显著正向作用于战略决策绩效;情绪冲突显著负向作用于战略决策绩效;任务冲突和情绪冲突在科技型企业TMT行为整合与战略决策绩效的关系中起部分中介作用。

Abstract:Based on the high-level echelon theory of Top Management Team(TMT), the research hypothesis is put forward concerning the impact of TMT behavior integration on strategic decision-making performance in science and technology(S&T)enterprises, and the variable of team conflict is introduced to make the analysis. The mechanisms are explored about the interactions of the two dimensions of task conflict and emotional conflict between behavior integration and strategic decision-making performance. Through the empirical analysis of the sample of 256 questionnaires of TMT of S&T enterprises, it is pointed out that TMT behavior integration of S&T enterprises has a significant positive effect on strategic decision-making performance; task conflict has a significant positive effect on strategic decision-making performance; emotional conflict has a significant negative effect on strategic decision-making performance; task conflict and emotional conflict play a role of partial intermediation in the relationship between TMT behavior integration and strategic decision-making performance of S&T enterprises.
