金融发展、产业结构升级的区域技术创新效应

利用1998—2016年省际面板数据,对金融发展、产业结构升级与区域技术创新三者之间的因果关系进行实证研究。研究表明:金融发展在降低第一、第二产业比重的同时,提高了第三产业的比重,促进了产业结构的优化升级;金融发展对区域技术创新的影响显著为正;产业结构的初级化不利于区域技术创新水平的提升;相反,产业结构的高级化促进了区域技术创新。构建金融发展与产业结构的交互项后发现,不同层次的产业结构水平在金融发展影响技术创新过程中的中介效应显著,随着产业结构由低层次向高层次演进,会强化金融发展对技术创新的影响。

Regional technology innovation effect of financial development and industrial structure upgrading

Using the inter-provincial panel data from 1998 to 2016, the causal relationship between financial development, industrial structure upgrading and regional technological innovation are studied. The research has found that financial development promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure by reducing the proportion of primary and secondary industries and increasing the proportion of tertiary industries; financial development has a significant positive effect on technological innovation; the primary industrial structure is not conducive to regional technological innovation; on the contrary, the advanced industrial structure promotes regional technological innovation. After constructing the interaction between financial development and industrial structure, it is found that different levels of industrial structure have significant intermediary effect in the process of financial development influencing technological innovation. With the evolution of industrial structure from low level to high level, the impact of financial development on technological innovation will be strengthened.
