动态能力视角下的民营企业国际化研究

民营企业走向国际化是经济全球化背景下的主流趋势,也是企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择。面对日益复杂和激烈的国际竞争环境,民营企业必须具备动态能力,才能应对瞬息万变的市场环境,进而在国际化进程中获取持续动态的竞争优势。本文在简述国内外学者对动态能力的研究的基础上,分析了动态能力与民营企业国际化之间的关系,并提出了民营企业国际化的提升路径。

Study on Private Enterprise Internationalization from the Perspective of Dynamic Capabilities

Against the backdrop of economic globalization,private enterprise internationalization becomes a main trend,and also an inevitable choice at a certain stage of enterprise development.Faced with the increasing complex and intense international competition environment,only with the dynamic capabilities,could the private enterprise handle the constantly changing marketing environment,and furthermore,get a sustainable and dynamic competitive advantage in the process of internationalization.The thesis firstly sketched the study of dynamic capabilities by scholars at home and aboard,then analyzed the relationship between the dynamic capabilities and private enterprise internationalization,and finally pointed out the path of ascension of the private enterprise internationalization.
