| 摘 要： | 国家统计局在“八五”计划初期提出了全面实施国民统计素质教育的行动计划。西北作为经济欠发达地区,如何在现有条件下,配合全国国民统计素质教育总体目标的实施,是需要从理论及实践两方面亟待解决的问题。本文试就这一问题加以探讨。
