| Abstract: | The increase and the development of SME are two concepts not only connected with each other but also different from each other. Both increase and development of enterprises need innovation as the tensile force. In this paper a detailed analysis is made of the innovation system of SME, a discussion is given to the contents of innovation and some issues are brought forth attention in the activities of innovation. |
