| 摘 要： | 案例库建设落后是制约中国管理案例教学的重要原因。案例库建设应该遵循科学的模式。其“4S”模式是指组织研究团队（Study Team），通过科学流程（Scientific Processes），建设合符质量标准（Standard Qualities）的案例库，实现成果共享（Sharing Productions）。
