| 摘 要： | 构建中国民族理论话语体系,必须以我国几千年的民族发展史和传统文化为立足点和出发点,抓住我国多元文化中的和谐本质,坚持民族话语权,既要尊重、继承和发扬本国的传统文化,保存民族文化的完整性,促进民族文化的持续性发展,同时也要开展国际间的学术交流,学习和借鉴国外新的理论和研究方法,促进各民族的和谐发展.
