解析国家文化安全的基本内容

国家文化安全的主要内容包括语言文字安全、风俗习惯安全、价值观念安全和生活方式安全四个方面.发达的世界性话语霸权,直接或间接地侵蚀着欠发达国家的语言文字,影响甚至威胁和危害着发展中国家的语言文字安全.风俗习惯的变化和改革应该是符合时代要求的、自主的、自觉的、渐进的、温和的,而不能是迫于外力特别是他国外力而被动的、强制的,否则就会威胁和危害国家文化安全.国家价值观念的安全问题所强调的是保持国家基本价值观念的连续性,同时又不否认价值观念与时俱进的必然性和必要性.生活方式的变革应该是进步的、合理的、渐进的,一方面符合时代要求,另一方面不至于引起社会的过度动荡.

The Content of National Cultural Securities

The main content of national cultural securities consists of four aspects, spoken and written language security, custom and habit security, concept of value security and ways of life security. Firstly, the supremacy of the language of the advanced countries poses a corrosive influence to the language of the less advanced nations and endangering threat to the developing countries. Secondly, changes and reforms in social customs and habits should be active, gradual, mild and conforming to the demands of time, instead of being passive and imposed by foreign powers. Otherwise, national cultural securities will be threatened. By concept of value security we mean to emphasize the importance of the continuity of the basic national concept of values, while at the same time recognizing the necessity for national values to keep up with the time. Finally, reforms in ways of life should be progressive, reasonable and gradual, meeting the demand of time and never so rash as to causing social disorders at the same time.
