心理契约视角下的独立学院教师管理实证研究

摘    要:基于心理契约视角对独立学院教师的心理契约进行实证研究,从心理契约的规范、发展、人际三个维度进行问卷调查与数据分析,结果显示:教师的发展责任与学校发展责任具有显著正相关关系;教师发展责任对学校发展责任具有显著预测力;心理契约各维度在人口统计学变量上存在显著性差异。基于研究结果,作者给出了教师管理的策略建议。

Abstract:This paper conducts an empirical study on the teacher management in Independent College from the perspective of Psychological Contract Theory. Through analyzing the questionnaire data about the three main factors in Psychological Contract Theory, namely, the regulation, development and the interpersonal relations. This paper concludes that the teachers'development obligation is highly correlated with the development obligation of the school, and the former is a significant predictor of the latter. In addition, these psychological contract factors show great differences in terms of demographic variables. According to the results, strategic suggestions are also given in an effort to improve the management of the teacher.
