| 摘 要： | 1943年1月中英、中美间签订平等新约,中共方面对这一事件做出积极响应。随着时局的变动,中共对新约的看法也发生了微妙的变化。究其原因,一方面是因为经过历史的验证,中共深刻认识到英美并不甘心完全放弃在华特权;另一方面,因为美国极力攫取在华特权,使中共希望新约赋予中国人民的权利在抗战胜利之时得以实现的愿望落空。分析和研究中共对新约的看法及其以后的变化,是我们认识建国前中美关系发生转变的线索之一。
