我国楼市高房价的成因及对策研究

摘    要:近年来,随着我国经济的发展和城市化水平的日益提高,公众住房条件得到了极大改善。但同时也遭遇了持续高房价的困扰,在分析我国楼市持续高房价成因的基础上,提出确立住房发展的目标定位,完善以财税、货币等金融工具为主的楼市调控政策体系,落实个人自建房、合作建房制度,保障公民权利等对策建议。

Abstract:In recent years,with the development of China's economy and the rising of urbanization level the public housing conditions has been greatly improved.But it encountered difficulties such as sustained high prices.This article analyzes the causes of sustained high prices of China's property market,and put forward some constructive suggestions,such as establishing housing development target;perfecting the property control policies based on fiscal taxation,currency and other financial instruments;implementing the individual self-help housing and cooperative housing system and protecting the civil rights and so on.
