| 摘 要： | 责任问题是一个价值问题,责任概念是根据价值概念来界定的.责任的价值具有两重性,即既具有目的价值也具有手段价值.责任的手段价值表现为责任存在的意义,它从宏观上表现为责任的社会价值,从具体上表现为责任的法律价值和道德价值.

| Abstract: | From the perspective of axiology,responsibility is an issue of value and therefore the concept of responsibility is defined by the concept of value.Responsibility has twofold values: the instrumental value and the purposeful value.The instrumental value of responsibility reveals itself as the significance of existence of responsibility.Responsibility incarnates its value in three forms: its social value,legal value and moral value. |
