| Abstract: | China has built a good foundation in developing independent innovation after more than twenty years' accumulation in outward opening. The first ten or twenty years in 21st century is an important period for China. Here and now, we are facing new developing chances and hard challenges in promoting independent innovation in China's all oriented opening. We should take some essential measures in time. |
