摘    要:企业文化是影响企业持续成长的重要变量之一。企业文化从内核、制度与行为、外围等三个层面对企业持续成长产生传导作用,并遵循着“理念——制度——行为——习惯——效率——价值——成长”的企业文化传导机制。
