杂化膜驻极体PVDF/SiO_2表面改性的研究

摘    要:较系统地研究了化学表面改性对杂化膜驻极体PVDF/SiO_2(PVDF-聚偏氟乙烯)电荷储存及稳定性的影响。实验结果在明:在面改性处理将在杂化膜驻极体表面形成一疏水的保护层,这对于改善杂化膜的电荷储存及稳定性起到显著的作用。另一方面当杂化膜内部存在过剩水分子时,此疏水层也会阻止水分子向外扩散,造成表面改性后驻极体内的电荷快速衰减这一反常现象.

Abstract:The influence of chemical surface modification on charge storage and stability inhybrid film electret PVDF /SiO_2 is studied. The experimental results show that a hydrophobicprotective layer will be formed on the surface of PVDF /SiO_2 electret by chemical surface modifi-cation,which make hybrid film an excellent electret.On the other hand, when there is excesswater in hybrid film,this hydrophobic layer also prevent the water diffusing out of theelectret, and make an unexpected phenomenon that the charges stored in the electret are rapid-ly decayed after the electret is modificated.
