| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the course of the Anglo-Myanmarian (Anglo-Burmese ) Wars. this paper makes an investigation into the strategies of British and French colonists in their conquest of indochina as well as into the causes of the final colonization of Myanmar (Burma) by Great Britain. Also, the responses of the countries in indochina to the ruinous defeat of Myanmar by Great Britain are evaluated so as to secure a fresh understanding of the problem of colonization. |
