核危机下的美国和伊朗

近年来出现的伊朗核危机,使美国与伊朗的关系恶化,“是否允许伊朗发展核武器”似乎已成为两国关系的症结。但从美伊关系史可以看出,政府关系要比核武器重要得多。目前美国与伊朗对如何处理核危机分歧严重,其争论的实质仍然是核问题能给各自带来多少利益、能使各自获取多大的战略优势。作为主导方的美国,其咄咄逼人的态度除了有石油因素外,还有伊朗自身对美国地区战略和全球战略的重要意义。

The nuclear crisis in recent years had led to the deterioration of relationship between America and Iran.The crux of this relationship seems to be whether Iran can be permitted to develop nuclear weapons.However,judging from the history of the relationship between the two countries,government relation is more important than the nuclear weapons.At present,there are many disputes over how to solve the nuclear crisis.In essence,the controversy is about what interests and strategic advantages each country can obtain from the crisis.The reason for America,the dominant party,to have taken an aggressive attitude is that apart from the oil factors Iran is important for its domestic and global strategies.
