| Abstract: | Since the program that enrolls teachers from primary ,high or professional schools to universities to receive masters education in 1998,many talented persons have been cultivated to substantiate the fundamental education.Meanwhile,some problems appear,which requires to definitude characteristics of educational master's cultivation,change existing teaching methods and keep subject system in line with fundamental education.Only in this way,qualified teachers can be developed for the teaching and management of fundamental education. |
