| 摘 要： | 高等教育已从精英化走向了大众化。在十分强调科学发展的今天，省属普通高校如何找到适合自身发展的路径是十分关键的。统一模式的发展方式已成为历史，具有个性化的发展将成为必然。在新的发展道路上，省属普通高校应遵循市场经济规律和教育规律，结合自身特点，做出切实可行的规划。
