| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,高等教育对国家兴盛与综合国力的提高起着越来越重要的作用。因为知识经济提高了高等教育在社会中的地位,而高等教育的水平又制约着知识经济的发展,尤其是高等教育与知识经存在着共存共进的良性循环关系。中国高等教育必须加速发展、深化改革,要优先发展信息科学,大力兴办高校知识型企业,建立高校创新体系。

| Abstract: | In the age of knowledge economy,with the improvement of its social status,China' s higher education plays an in-creasingly important role in enhancing the comprehensive national stre ngth.In order to seize opportunitie s and meet the chal-lenges,it is essential to speed up th e development of China' s higher education,to give priority to the development of the in-formation science,to initiate know ledge -based enterprises and to esta blish an innovative system in colleges and universities. |
