| Abstract: | this paper focuses on the implementation of high school cultural objectives management, the establishing of high school decision-making collective leadership system, the strengthening of high school teachers＇ personnel system reform, the system of high school students＇ management specialization. All of the work is done for the carrying out of the effective implementation of the systems, for the assurence of high school culture development, for the shaping of the school spirit and the style of study and teaching. |
