高校中青年教师心理问题的影响因素和调适策略

摘    要:高校中青年教师的心理问题受到许多因素的影响.文章按照易感因素、促发因素、维持因素的逻辑顺序对影响高校中青年教师心理问题的个人因素、家庭因素和社会因素进行了梳理和分析.在此基础上,提出针对高校中青年教师心理健康的保护措施:接纳现实、遵循现实生活原则,理性思维方式,丰富人生目标,变化发展的观念,弹性生活方式,努力改善外部环境系统功能等.

Abstract:Mental health of middle-aged and young tutors in university is influenced by many factors.These factors may be classified as susceptive factors,begetting factors and keeping factors etc.Followed this logical sequence,the article analyzes the influence factors concerning about individual,family and society.Then,the article proposes some ways to protect Middle-aged and Young Tutors' mental health: accept the reality and keep to the natural life;think rationally;enrich the aim of life;with the concept of change and development;flexible living style and improve the external environment system.
