| 摘 要： | 执政党的作风问题是党的生死存亡问题,决定她所领导的事业是兴旺发达,还是走向失败.毛泽东对党的优良作风的形成,从理论和实践上做出了首创性的贡献;毛泽东确立了加强党风建设的有效保障机制,即加强思想理论教育、开展积极的思想斗争、发挥党内监督作用.

| Abstract: | The work style of the party in power is the crux problem of itself , which determines whether their undertaking is flourishing or going into failure . Mao Zedong made a very important devotion to the forming of the excellent work style of the party from theory and practice ; Mao Zedong put forward the ensure mechanism on reinforcing construction of the style of the party , that is , strengthening the education on ideological theory , developing the ideological struggle actively , making full use of supervisor . |
