| 摘 要： | 电子政务和公共危机治理是现代社会新形势下的新产物,电子政务公共危机治理系统的构建有着重大的理论价值和现实意义。通过对电子政务危机治理系统的探究,确立了构建电子政务公共危机治理系统的基本模型,并结合实际分析了我国建立该系统应当具备的条件和应当注意的问题。
