中国董事会合作教育模式特点及相关问题思考

摘    要:董事会合作教育模式 ,在中国已经试行了 2 0余年。这种模式主要有两种类型———领导型董事会模式和指导型董事会模式。前者已表现出较强的生命力 ,但要注重体现中国特色 ;后者应注意处理好指导办学与物力支持的关系。在高校管理体制改革之后 ,原来比较有效的行业运作的董事会模式已经受到严峻挑战 ,遇到了新的问题 ,需要进行重新探讨和改进。

Abstract:The cooperative education modes of the board of directors have been practiced for 20 years in China, which includes two main types: one is the leading type, the other is the guiding type. The first type has a very strong vitality, but it must be combined with the practical situation in China. The second must properly deal with the relationships between the guidance and the material resource. After the reform of the management system of high institutes, there is a great challenge to the former industrial mode of board of directors. There appears the new problems, which needs to be explored and solved.
