| 摘 要： | 本文从生态公益林建设等方面分析了广东省森林生态效益补偿的基本现状,认为现行森林生态补偿政策还存在补偿区域等级不明确、生态林体系建设不够完善、法律体系建设滞后、补偿资金等方面的不足,并就如何建立一套完善的补偿机制提出建议。
