| 摘 要： | 企业经营环境的变化要求企业不断增强自己的竞争优势,而在信息化的今天,信息技术已经成为企业竞争优势的核心来源。以技术创新为核心的企业信息化,是企业技术进步的基础。而科学发展观是推进信息化建设的根本保证,只有以科学发展观为基础,信息技术才能带来竞争优势。
