从世界的视野看我国新型工业化道路

从我国工业化背景出发,在区别以发达国家为主体的第一轮世界工业化进程和以发展中国家为主体的第二轮世界工业化进程的基础上,阐明了我国工业化的历史性任务是把一个国家从农业经济社会转变为工业经济社会,即大力提高工业和服务业在社会生产结构中所占比重以及工业和服务业中的劳动力比重;同时要强化工业自身结构,即建立强大的工业科技开发力量并在此基础上大力发展装备工业。通过比较发达国家所经历的传统工业化道路和改革开放以前我国推行的传统工业化道路,详细阐述了我国目前所推行的新型工业化道路的特点。在分析世界经济发展趋势以及我国国情的基础上,简要地论述了我国工业化对世界经济的贡献。

On the New Approach to Our Industrialization from a Global View

Under the circumstances of our country's industrialization and on the basis of the differences between the first global industrialization of developed countries and the second global industrialization of developing countries,this paper points out that the historical task of China's industrialization is to transform the country with agricultural economy into one with industrial economy-to greatly increase the proportion of industry and service in the social production structure and the proportion of work force in industry and service as well.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the industrial structure itself,that is ,to build our capabilities for scientific and technological innovation and competition,on which to develop greatly the equipment industry.By comparing traditional industrialization in developed countries and traditional industrialization in China before the reform and opening up to the outside world,it describes in detail the characteristics of the new approach to industrialization.Lastly it points out the contribution of China's industrialization to the global economy according to the tendency of the global economy and the specific circumstances in China.
