摘    要:人才思想是孔子政治思想体系的重要组成部分。他最先提出了“举贤才”的治国方略 ,提倡重视对人才的选拔与任用 ,主张举直错诸枉、以德才兼备作为选才的标准、不拘一格选拔人才、知人善任、无求备于一人、因材任使。孔子“举贤才”的思想奠定了我国古代任人唯贤政治思想的基础

Abstract:Confucius regarded the talent thought as the important part of his political system. He putted forward the tactics of recommending virtuous persons in order to run the country. The tactics was as follows: devoted much attention to the men of having both ability and political integrity; in selecting talent people, didn’t stick to one pattern and didn’t demand perfection; appointed men in accordance with their aptitude, etc. The tactics was the foundation of the thought about appointing people on their merits of ancient China.
