摘    要:自2008年实施以来.《劳动合同法》在劳资双方引起广泛关注。本文研究《劳动合同法》对《劳动法》补克和完善的内容。分析《劳动合同法》对中国企业人力资源管理实践的影响和挑战,指出从长远的观点出发.《劳动合同法》的实施将促进中国企业人力资源管理向精细化、科学化、系统化方向发展.实现劳资和谐和社会和谐。
