| Abstract: | Because of backwardness, China suffered a lot and was bullied by big powers Advanced Chinese set off a movement of being patriotic and defending. At the same time, the upper ruling class of Qing Dynasty studied and weighed conditions .And they carried out" new policies in the late Qing Dynasty," which played a great role on Chinese culture and economic development. |
