| 摘 要： | 在中国传统社会向近代社会转轨的过程中,中国传统的金融行业钱庄同外国资本主义在华金融机构外商银行在特定时代不可避免地发生了激烈碰撞,必然地形成社会经济的互动关系。它们之间的互动常常表现为合作、依附、竞争、冲突。本土钱庄与外商银行的互动关系,正是中西经济文化冲突的一个缩影和案例。
