| 摘 要： | 建立科学合理的高校管理干部考核评价机制,必须深入思考当前高校管理干部评价中存在的突出问题。建立高校管理干部考评机制必须遵循正确的原则,设置科学的考核评价指标体系,采用切实可行的考核评价方法体系,科学合理地确定考核评价的评测主体,合理有效地运用考评结果,由此才能从根本上保证高校管理干部考评机制的科学性、合理性和创新性。
