论中国新农村信息化管理问题研究的思辨境界

国民经济和社会信息化是覆盖我国现代化全局的战略选择，中国新农村信息化是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分。我国新农村建设中的信息化管理问题研究及其结构功能构建，关系到农村信息化建设及其科学规划，有助于强农惠农制度体系的规范和驱动资源要素向农村优化配置，体现实现城乡经济社会一体化对信息化的总体要求和全局把握。本文基于建设社会主义新农村、提高国民经济和社会信息化水平、跟踪先进复杂科学管理前沿的总体思辨，反思我国新农村信息化管理问题的提出及其科学问题的系统化研究途径，试图从信息科学、协同科学、管理科学等多学科知识综合支撑方面探索新农村信息化管理的研究取向。

Discuss Speculative Realm of the Research on Informatization Management Problems of New Chinese Countryside

National economy as well as social informatization is a global strategic choice covering Chinese modernization, the informatization of new Chinese countryside is an important component of our new socialist rural construction. The study on informatization management problems of our new rural construction and the construction of its structure and function relate to rural informatization construction and its scientific planning, it will contribute to perfection of the norm of strengthening and benefiting farmers, it will also helpful to re- source elements driven to rural optimal allocation, and characterize the general requirement and global grasp of realizing the urban -rural economic and social integration to the informatization implementation. Based on the whole speculation about the socialist new rural construction, about promoting the level of national economy and social informatization and about tracking advanced management front of complexity science, this paper rethinks the presentation of informatization management problems about our new countryside and its systematic research approaches to such scientific problems, explores its relevant research orientation comprehensively supported by muhidisciplinary knowledge from information science, synergy science and management science.
