| 摘 要： | 20世纪50年代以来关于隋炀帝的评价众说纷纭。国内外学界提出了为炀帝翻案摘掉暴君帽子的新观点。实际上,隋炀帝大兴工役要创不世功业,虽然不是昏君;但是好大喜功超越历史限度,虐用民力,不尊重子民最起码的生存权,以苛政、急政形成系统的大规模暴政,成为千古暴君。

| Abstract: | This article reviews on the articles about the evaluation to the emperor Sui Yang Di and puts out a new viewpoint. Emperor Sui Yang Di is not a Hun Jun(Raddled emperor)but aemperor who want to build great feat on his own will.The key poim is that his plan goes out the limit of his time. He uses too much of human resources and at last leads to a large scale of tyranny. That makes him become a tyrant in history. |
