| 摘 要： | 中国的发展离不开世界，世界的发展也离不开中国。保持中国经济的发展和繁荣需要继续解放思想，在扩大和优化对外开放中形成参与国际合作与竞争的新优势。概述了中国对外开放30年的进程和阶段，总结了对外开放的主要经验，提出了进一步扩大对外开放的思路和对策。

| Abstract: | China＇ s development is inseparable from the world and the world＇ s development is inseparable from China. In order to maintain China＇s economic development and prosperity, there is a need for China to continue to emancipate the mind, expand and optimize the new advantages formed when participating in international cooperation and competition in its opening to the outside world. This article summarizes the process and stages of China＇ s opening to the outside world in the past 30 years and the experience of opening up and then puts forward some thinking and measures for further extending of opening to the outside world. |
