新疆兵团教育事业的回顾与展望

改革开放以来新疆生产建设兵团 (注 :以下简称“兵团”)教育事业蓬勃发展 ,已形成了比较完善和相对独立的具有兵团特色的教育体系 ;但是在“九五”期间中仍存在一些问题。面对 2 1世纪 ,兵团教育将面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。“十五”期间兵团教育发展的基本思路是 :继续推进“两基” ,加强素质教育 ,发挥高校作用 ,发展成人教育 ,提高教育的现代化水平等 ,为西部大开发和兵团社会经济发展提供强有力的人才与智力支持

Looking Back and Looking Forward for Xinjiang Bingtuan Education Cause

Since the reform and opening to the world Xinjiang BINGTUAN education cause has been developing rapidly and has become relatively perfect and independent educational system having Bingtuan's own characters.However, there were still some problems during the period of"the Ninth Five year Plan".Facing the 21st century,BINGTUAN education will meet new chances and challenges.The basic idea for Bingtuan's education growth during"the Tenth Five year Plan"period may be summarized as follows:Go on promoting"the two fundmentals",strengthen quality education,give full play to the role of higher learning institutions,develop adult education,raising the modern level of education for the goal of supporting western development and BINGTUAN economical development with qualified talents and intelligent forces.
