| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国金融业的发展既是机遇又是挑战。WTO的加入会激化金融业的竞争，我国中资银行的存款、贷款业务会受到影响和冲击。而且，外资银行还会争夺风险小、利润高的国际结算业务。面对这种形势，我国金融体制改革，在微观层面上，必须提高国有银行竞争力，促进中资银行的公平竞争；在宏观层面上，必须完善宏观金融法规，加强对金融行业的监管。

| Abstract: | Joining WTO means both opportunity and challenge to our finance. Influnce will inevitably be on deposit and credit, moreover, banks of foreign capital will fight for business of settling international accounts for intenser competition after joining WTO. Under this circustances, we have to carry on reformation of finance to improve competence of our national banks in microcosmics and make financing laws perfect for supervision in macroscopics. |
