简论邓小平的睦邻友好外交思想

党的十一届三中全会以后,邓小平一方面继承了毛泽东、周恩来等党的第一代领导集体的睦邻外交思想,另一方面又根据国际形势与时代主题的变化和我国周边安全环境新特点,提出了自己的睦邻外交思想。作为外交思想的重要组成部分,邓小平的睦邻外交思想体现了非常鲜明的时代特征,显得更加务实与灵活。

A Brief Discussion on Deng Xiaoping's Diplomatic Idea about Good Relations of Neighbourhood

After 3rd central plenary meeting of 11th conference of CCP, on one hand, Deng Xiaoping succeeded to idea about good relations of neighbourhood of the first machine of CCP, on the other hand, he put forward his idea about good relations of neighbourhood on basis of changes of international position and time theme and new characteristics of circumjacent security circumstance. As an important part of diplomatic idea, Deng Xiaoping's idea about good relations of neighbourhood looks more effective and flexible with vivid time characteristics.
