The Dialectical Relationship of "Three Represent's" and Socialist Legal System's Construction

The "Three Represent's" advances not only new thoughts and new standards in the Communist Party's construction, but also new contents and new directions for the Socialist Legal System's construction. They are the same in essence because the direction of the Socialist Legal embodies that of the "Three Represent's". On one hand, the "Three Represent's" is the inherent motivation of improvement and development of the Socialist Legal System's construction. On the other hand, the Socialist Legal System's construction is the powerful guarantee of realizing the "Three Represent's". Both of them are dialectical unity and complement each other.
