摘    要:"百年大计,教育为本","教育大计,教师为本"。我国高校现行的师资管理制度是在计划经济时代建立起来的,已经不能适应当前社会主义市场经济的发展所赋予的最新要求,因此,必须对我国高校当前的师资管理模式进行创新。专业技术职务不仅关乎高校教师的物质利益,更是他们的精神价值和社会地位的集中体现。因此,对高校教师的专业技术职务评聘制度进行相应的改革,无疑是高校师资管理模式创新的必由之路。

Abstract:A plan of vital and lasting importance, the education is fundamental. A plan of education, the teacher is fundamental. The present management control system of Chinese universities established in the stage of planned economy, has not adapt to the development of socialist market economy, and innovating the present management control system is necessary. The professional and technical posts not only concern the benefit of teachers in high universities, but also are the main embodiment of spiritual value and social status. Therefore, reforming the reeruitment and judgment system of professional and technical posts in high university is the only way for innovating management control system of high university.
