基础秩序失衡：关于苏联解体最根本原因的再认识（上）

苏联解体的因素既有历史的、也有现实的,既有国内的、也有国际的,既有政治经济的、也有思想文化等方面的。最根本原因就在于其特殊的历史传统、社会基础及经济制约所导致的国家、社会、个人利益关系的协调机制失效。形式上表现为前苏联上层指导思想的急速转变而导致政策的非连续性,社会结构的转型而导致的社会严重分化,以及国家社会与个人关系的改变而导致的利益矛盾外显化,实质上是其变革道路中基础秩序失衡。

Structural Imbalance of Order：A Re-Analysis of the Fundamental Causes of the Dissolution of the Soviet Union

The dissolution of the Soviet Union occurred due to a variety of factors,both historical and practical,both domestic and international,both political-economic and ideological-cultural,and so forth.The fundamental causes were associated with its specific historic tradition,social structure and economic restraints,which had led to the failure of the coordination mechanism between state,social and individual interests.These were illustrated as the discontinued policies caused by the Soviet Union upper leadership＇s abrupt ideological change,the widening gap with the transition of the social structure,as well as the overt demonstration of the conflicting interests caused by the changing relationship between state,society and individuals.The nature of the fundamental factors is a structural imbalance of order during its reform process.
