试论高校图书馆的美育功能

当代高校图书馆应当特别重视美育的地位与功能。美育与德育、智育、体育，既相互交融，又具有自身的规律和内涵。高校图书馆的美育功能，应以培养学生的健全人格和提高综合素质为基点；应当注重学生知识结构的完善和培养复合型人才的要求；应以美育思想的渗入为契机，拓展图书馆的基本职能；应当将美育的精神融入图书馆建设，不断改善内部机制与管理模式，建立新型的高效化、互动式、系统化的管理机制。

On the Aesthetic Education Function of Libraries in Universities and Colleges

At present,libraries in universities and colleges shoul d pay more attention to the position and function of aesthetic education.Aesthet ic education,moral education,intellectual education and physical education mingl e each other,but they have each respective principles and connotations.The aesth etic education function of the libraries in universities and colleges should be based on cultivating healthy personality and upgrading the comprehensive quality of the students,focusing on the requirement to perfect their knowledge structur e and cultivate multifunction students.Libraries should expand their functions by melting the aesthetic educational thinking into their selfconstruction,imp roving their internal mechanism and mangement mode,thus setting up the newtype effective,mutualactive and systematic management mechanism.
