| Abstract: | With the purpose to provide feasible ways to optimize the industrial structure and to enhance the international competitive power of our country,this paper analyzes the industrial distributional characteristic of Japanese direct investment in China in the 20th century and the industrial transfer trend in the new century,and studies the policy of correct guidance for Japanese direct investment in China. |
