| Abstract: | In this paper we first put forward the method of determination of atomic ground states consisted of eqviualent electrons by mean of Hund's rule and Pauli's exclusion principle.Then we supplement and extend the Hund's rule and present the conception of equivalent shell electron and Hund's supplement rule in order to determin atomic ground states of all elements except three of those in periodic table. |
