学术期刊是学术事业的一个有机组成部分,其职责是为学界创造一个交流的平台,为学术传承和学术积累提供载体。在学术的生存和发展中学术期刊是一种工具,也是一种机制,工具不利、机制不健全都会影响学术的繁荣和健康发展。学术期刊不仅要有准确的定位,还要有严格、公正的审稿制度和严谨科学的编辑工作制度。学术期刊的编辑要成为学者型的编辑。办学术期刊对于办刊人的精神境界要求很高。

Reflections on Several Issues in Running Academic Journal

Academic journal is an organic part of academic cause, with its duty of creating a platform of exchange for the academic world and providing a carrier for academic passing on and academic accumulation. In academic survival and development, academic journal is a tool as well as a mechanism. If the tool is not sharp, or the mechanism is not sane, the development and prosperity of academic cause will be affected. Academic journal must have accurate location, strict and just proofing system and scientific editing system. Editors of academic journal should become scholar-style editor and reach high spiritual confine.
