| 摘 要： | 我国古代二十八星宿名称英译的主要困难在于,中西方在天球划分方式和星座构成等方面并非一一对应,而是错综交叠.本文从一则个案入手,对中英星座名称及成员情况进行对比,并探讨星宿名称英译的策略及相关问题.

| Abstract: | The translation of names of Chinese lunar-mansion stars into English proves difficult due chiefly to that the division of the celestial sphere and the composition of constellations in China and the West are overlapping instead of corresponding.This paper,based on a case analysis,makes a comparative study of the constellations in Chinese and English in terms of their naming and composition,and discusses the strategy and other issues involved in the translation. |
