| Abstract: | In view of college students' increasing serious employment problems,the papers,which is in a unique perspective of building a harmonious society and in-depth analysis of the deep-seated reasons of the plight and guides the new period of employment of college students with the people-centered philosophy and also take active and effective measures to raise revenue guidance and make efforts to create a fair and harmonious working environment,is of great realistic significance for the students to achieve full employment and building a harmonious society. |
