| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的飞速发展和随之而来的电子商务的普及,传统的法律适用制度面临着新的考验,在国际社会就新的法律统一规则达成相应的国际条约之前,我们必须对现有的规则制度进行修改和补充,体现对当事人意思自治的尊重,鼓励采取最密切联系原则,以适应电子商务发展的特性。

| Abstract: | As the rapid development of information technology and the successive popularization of electronic commerce,the traditional rules of application of law has been seriously challenged.Before the international community enters into a corresponding convention,we must adjust and supplement the current rules and regulations,respecting the principle of autonomy of will,and encouraging the adoption of the principle of mostclose relationship to adapt to the nature of E-commerce development. |
